Glass
The Tonelli Fratina 2 is a glass coffee table with an undershelf, made in Italy by Tonelli for the living room. Two layers of glass give you a clean tabletop plus a lower level for books, magazines and decor, while the open construction keeps the room visually light.
Fratina 2 is built entirely from glass, using 15 mm and 10 mm thicknesses. There is no visible frame to interrupt the lines, so the table adapts easily to modern and contemporary interiors, whether it sits in front of a sofa or between two armchairs. It belongs to Tonelli's range of glass coffee tables.
Tops come in both square and rectangular formats, so you can match the table to a sectional, a pair of sofas or a smaller seating nook.

The maximum load for the Fratina 2 is 50 kg. That is comfortable for everyday items such as books, trays, a vase or a laptop, but the table is designed as a coffee table, not as seating or a surface for heavy objects.
Yes. The lower glass shelf gives you a second level beneath the top. It works well for magazines, books or a basket, and it keeps the main surface clear for drinks and decor.
The 35 x 35 x 16h inch size is the square option. The other three sizes are rectangular, with footprints from 39 x 24 inches up to 50 x 27 inches, so you can choose by the length of your sofa or the space in front of it.
You can choose Extra Clear or Transparent glass. Both are available across the sizes listed on this page.

Tonelli Design produces glass furniture in Pesaro, Italy—dining and occasional tables, storage, consoles, and mirrors—working primarily with structural glass rather than glass as a veneer over a separate frame. The company has manufactured there since the 1980s, using precision cutting and UV bonding. Ultra Modern supplies Tonelli factory-direct in the United States. Most orders ship free to the contiguous US, and we can source models beyond those listed on the site.
