Iris is formed from a single slab of glass that is heated and curved into a convex shape. The curve gives the reflection subtle distortions, which add depth and movement to whatever the mirror faces. A round outline with no frame keeps attention on the glass itself.

Each mirror starts as a single slab of glass. It is heated to form the convex curve and then silvered by hand. The hand silvering is what produces the gentle variations in the reflection.
