Tonelli Dazibao Glass Shelving Cabinet

The Tonelli Dazibao cabinet turns a wall into storage. Five glass containers are fixed through a single large wooden panel, so the shelves appear to float off the wall rather than sit inside a box. It is a sideboard-style storage piece for living rooms, dining areas, and entryways where you want display space without floor-standing furniture.

Design and construction

Dazibao was designed by Gonzo and Vicari and made in Italy by Tonelli, the glass furniture specialist. The panel is lacquered wood. Each container is cut from 12 mm thick glass and has a curved profile, which places the piece in our bent glass furniture range. The glass is transparent, so whatever you display stays visible from every angle.

FAQ

Is Dazibao a closed cabinet or open shelving?

It is open shelving. The glass containers hold books, objects, or tableware in plain view, and the lacquered panel behind them acts as the backdrop. It is listed with our cabinets and sideboards because it serves the same storage role on the wall.

Can I choose between horizontal and vertical hanging?

Yes. Dazibao is offered in a horizontal version and a vertical version, each with its own dimensions listed on the product page. Pick the one that fits your wall: the horizontal reads as a wide band, while the vertical stands tall and narrow.
